Our trainers evaluate your dog for play level, size, physical condition, energy level, and temperament. With this information, we then select a play group for your dog. We create rounded and balanced group dynamics to ensure your dog is happy and safe.

Daycare Rules & Policies

  • All dogs must enter and exit daycare on a leash.
  • All dogs must have on a buckle, or quick release, collar to play in.
  • Dogs may be walked in and out wearing training collars, such as prong collars, which will be removed for play time. If you have a training collar, we prefer your dog be dropped off in that collar. Dogs are better behaved arriving at daycare in their training collars
  • Dogs may not wear a harness. We will ask you to remove harnesses, before we take your dog in to daycare.
  • All dogs 8 months, or older, must be spayed or neutered to attend daycare. If a dog starts to exhibit behaviors of sexual maturity prior to 8 months of age, they will will no longer be able to attend daycare until they are spayed, or neutered.
  • All dogs must have proof of current vaccinations.
  • All dogs must be on flea and heart-worm preventative.
  • Dogs will not be allowed to participate in daycare if they have health conditions that could lead to injury or that could cause them to be re-injured.
  • All dogs must attend daycare a minimum of one day per week on the same scheduled day of the week. Dogs form friendships with the other dogs who attend daycare on the same day.
  • If your dog is scheduled for daycare, we expect them to be there, as that is valuable space that another dog could use.
  • Daycare hours are 7am to 6pm, Monday - Friday.
  • No early drop-offs nor late pick-ups.
  • A late fee of $20 will be charged for any dog picked up after 6pm.
  • No pick ups after 6:30 pm. Dogs not picked up by 6:30 pm will be fed and bedded down for the night. You will be charged 2 daycare fees - one for the overnight stay and one for the following day of daycare.
  • It is your responsibility to keep a current address and phone numbers on record with us.
