Our trainers evaluate your dog for play level, size, physical condition, energy level, and temperament. With this information, we then select a play group for your dog. We create rounded and balanced group dynamics to ensure your dog is happy and safe.

Daycare Rules & Policies

  • All dogs must attend daycare a minimum of one day per week on the same scheduled day of the week. This consistency allows the daycare dogs to form friendships with the other dogs who attend daycare on the same day. Consistency with the daycare dogs creates safety for all of the dogs during play. That is why consistent attendance of daycare matters and is required.
  • If your dog is scheduled for daycare, we expect them to be in attendance, as that is valuable space that another dog could use.
  • All dogs must enter and exit daycare on a leash.
  • No harnesses are allowed, as they are a safety hazard.
  • All dogs must have on a buckle, or quick release, collar to play in.
  • If we have trained your dog, then we require your dog be dropped off wearing their training collars and their leash must be attached to the prong collar. Dogs are better behaved when they arrive at daycare in their training collars. It sets the tone for the day. Prong collars are removed for safety during play.
  • All dogs must have proof of current vaccinations.
  • All dogs must be on flea and heartworm preventative.
  • All dogs 8 months, or older, must be spayed or neutered to attend daycare. If a dog starts to exhibit behaviors of sexual maturity prior to 8 months of age, they will will no longer be able to attend daycare until they are spayed, or neutered.
  • Dogs will not be allowed to participate in daycare if they have health conditions that could lead to injury or that could cause them to be re-injured.
  • Daycare hours are 7am to 6pm, Monday - Friday.
  • No early drop-offs nor late pick-ups.
  • A late fee of $20 will be charged for any dog picked up after 6pm.
  • No pick ups after 6:30 pm. Dogs not picked up by 6:30 pm will be fed and bedded down for the night. You will be charged 2 additional daycare fees - one for the overnight stay and one for the following day of daycare.
  • It is your responsibility to keep a current address and phone numbers on record with us.
